Manuel Gea (57 years old) is a serial entrepreneur, co-founder of the world’s first Mechanisms-Based Medicine Company, thinking & doing out of the box applying “general semantics†principles and Augmented Intelligence vs Artificial Intelligence. Keynote Speaker, independent board member, expert, & business angel developing disruptive innovations (technologies, novel therapies & business models) in the life sciences, IT, pharma, healthcare & cosmetic sectors. He is graduated from Ecole Centrale Paris in operational research and data integration, and has a sociology of organizations degree from Paris IX Dauphine University. He is also Chairman of the Independent trans-discipline biotech Think Tank Adebiotech, and the co-founder and Chairman of Centrale-Santé, the French Health Think-Tank gathering 2500 members, professional involved in sector innovations and creating value for patients. Dr. Kuo-Chen Chou is the founder of Gordon Life Science Institute. He is also a Distinguished High Impact Professor and Advisory Professor of several Universities. As of November 2016, Professor Chou has published over 526 papers in the fields of computational biology and biomedicine, protein structure prediction, low-frequency internal motion of protein/DNA molecules and its biological functions, diffusion-controlled reactions of enzymes, as well as graphic rules in enzyme kinetics and other biological systems. Biography
He is a Professor Emeritus since October 2007. He was a Director of Scientific Computing Center at Ain Shams University (1984-1990).He is a Professor of Computer Science, since 1989 at Ain Shams University, Egypt. He has been involved in more than 400 international conferences and workshops as a keynote speaker, member of Scientific Program Committees, and Organizer and Session Chair. He is a member of many national and international informatics associations. He is a member of the editorial boards of many internal journals in the areas of ICT, Bio-medical Informatics and artificial intelligence. He has published around 350 papers in refereed journals and conferences.

His research includes: intelligent computing, knowledge-based systems, data mining, knowledge engineering, bio-medical and health informatics, e-government, intelligent e-learning and artificial intelligence technologies.
