Biography
Alexander A. Zamyatnin was born in Leningrad (St. Petersburg now). He is a physicist originally (MV Lomonosov Moscow State University, Physical Faculty; Moscow Physico-Technical Institute, Faculty of Chemical and Molecular Physics), has PhD degree in physics and mathematics (biophysics), DSci degree in biology (human and animal physiology), Professor title (biophysics). Work place: in different scientific organizations of several countries (Russia, USA, Hungary, Chile, etc.). He has more than 200 scientific publications, participates in the national (Russian and Chilean) scientific projects and international scientific meetings in many countries.
Research Interest
Thermodynamics of muscle contraction; bioinformatics, creation of the EROP-Moscow oligopeptide database (http://erop.inbi.ras.ru/); computer biophysics and biochemistry of structure and functions of the natural regulatory oligopeptides; applied problems (regulatory properties of food protein fragments, antimicrobial oligopeptides of chilean grape, etc.); the scientific aspects of art (mathematics, physics, chemistry and biology in music, painting, architecture, sculpture, etc.)
